Expedited Orders

Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) before 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the day they are placed. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that out of stock items cannot be expedited. If you are uncertain about stock on a particular item, please call our customer support department at 1-800-320-4074.

Examples (Applicable to in-stock items only):

• An order shipped UPS 3 Day Select will arrive on the third business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday at 10 am PST, it will be delivered when UPS normally comes on Friday.
• An order shipped UPS 2 Day Air will be delivered on the second business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Thursday at 9 pm PST, it will arrive the following Tuesday.
• An order shipped UPS Next Day Air will arrive on the next business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday before 12:00 pm PST it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday).

All items in stock at our warehouse ship out within 24–48 hours. Orders placed with one of our expedited shipping options before 12:00 pm PST will ship the same day if the items are in stock. If the order is placed after 12:00 pm PST, the in-stock items will ship out the following day.
