The AXEON EDI 1 GPM System is a complete electrodeionization system designed to produce ultrapure water for laboratory, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power generation, and other high-purity industrial applications. Installed downstream of a reverse osmosis system, it continuously polishes RO permeate to achieve high-resistivity water without the use of chemical regeneration.

The system utilizes electrodeionization technology, ion exchange resins, ion-selective membranes, and a patented Excellion™ membrane to continuously remove dissolved ions using an electrical current. Its compact aluminum skid, integrated instrumentation, and automated operation provide reliable production of ultrapure water while reducing maintenance, operating costs, and downtime associated with conventional mixed-bed deionization systems.

(Available in four flow ranges up to 7 gallons per minute (GPM). Additional systems can be arranged in parallel for increased capacities)
