Description

The AXEON CIP-60 is a complete clean-in-place membrane cleaning system designed for commercial and industrial reverse osmosis applications requiring high-capacity membrane maintenance. Its mobile skid configuration and 200-gallon solution tank provide the capacity needed to clean membrane systems without removing individual membrane elements from their housings.

The system uses a 316L stainless steel pump with a 5 HP TEFC motor to recirculate cleaning solution through membrane elements at controlled flow and pressure, while an integrated mixing loop supports proper preparation and circulation of cleaning agents. Its multi-cartridge filtration, monitoring instrumentation, tank level switches, and mobile design support effective membrane cleaning while helping reduce system downtime and maintain membrane performance.
