The AXEON CIP-40 is a complete clean-in-place membrane cleaning system designed for commercial and industrial reverse osmosis applications requiring routine membrane maintenance. Its mobile skid configuration and 100-gallon solution tank provide the capacity needed to clean membrane systems without removing individual membrane elements from their housings.
The system uses a 316L stainless steel pump to recirculate cleaning solution through membrane elements at controlled flow and pressure, while an integrated mixing loop supports proper preparation and circulation of cleaning agents.
