The AXEON CIP-20 is a complete clean-in-place membrane cleaning system designed for commercial and industrial reverse osmosis applications requiring routine membrane maintenance. Its mobile skid configuration allows membrane elements to be cleaned without removal from the RO system and can integrate with AXEON X-Series and M-Series systems or operate as a standalone cleaning system.
The system uses a centrifugal pump to recirculate cleaning solution through membrane elements at the required flow and pressure, while a built-in mixing loop supports proper preparation of cleaning agents. Its 50-gallon polyethylene solution tank, sediment filtration, instrumentation, and tank level switches support effective membrane cleaning while helping protect system components and reduce maintenance downtime.
