The Minitrol IF Controller with Feed Flush is an electrical configuration option designed for compatible AXEON AT-1000 reverse osmosis systems. It replaces the standard controller with an advanced control package that automates system operation while incorporating a feed flush cycle to improve membrane performance and extend membrane life.
The controller automatically manages system startup, shutdown, and feed flush sequencing to reduce membrane fouling and scaling during operation. By flushing the membranes with fresh feed water before and after production cycles, it helps maintain system efficiency, reduce maintenance requirements, and improve long-term operating reliability.
